have run my clinic since 1992 and developed my training school in the Loughborough, Midlands (UK) in 1994. I have treated thousands of people in my clinic, both young and old, and through the school I have taught many hundreds of people to become qualified Reflexologists, as well as teaching many others how to use Gentle Touch Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, NLP and how to Read Feet. I love teaching as there are so many great people who want to know more about energy, life and how to more effective in helping others.
As well as teaching people how to use these wonderful complementary therapies I also welcome the opportunity to provide individual treatments. It is really satisfying to help people feel better if they are unwell or stressed, or to help my clients have some much needed ‘me time’ whilst having a relaxing treatment. I enjoy helping people to be the best that they can be. I have witnessed some real changes in people and marvel at what is possible. We cannot make any promises for either students or clients, however to see the change and awareness in others is a real blessing and one that I am very grateful for. I am passionate about Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology (GTR) as I have seen what it can do. Its gentleness is perfect for so many of all ages, in both the giving and receiving treatments. I feel very lucky to be so involved in this fabulous therapy. Recently I’ve written 2 books, one to help people find their way to a happy life – ‘Three Steps to Enjoying Life’, and last year “The Gentle touch of Reflexology for Babies and Children”. Writing and publishing the second book especially has been a life changing experience – being able to help families to enhance their babies and children’s well being, and also to be able to travel to the US to teach these techniques to nurses and Reflexology practitioners who help children in their care.
